PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: SITE DATA PACKAGE |
Site Data Packages are used to facilitate site acquisition, site marketing and other activities related to wireless telecommunications infrastructure development. Each Site Data Package is produced on a per-site basis, is extremely affordable, and contain a wealth of valuable information concerning a prospective or existing wireless site.
Description: Each Site Data Package is based on coordinates (latitude-longitude) provided by the client. The completed Site Data Package is delivered by e-mail, normally within eight hours of the initial request. The package consists of a zip-compressed archive that contains the following four files: a Site Data Report (Word format), a list of sites within a three-mile radius of the study point (in Excel format), a list of FCC market-based license holders (in Excel format) and a corresponding Google Earth KML import file.
The Site Data Report includes (but not limited to) the US National Grid reference coordinate, USGS Topographic “quad” map sheet name/number, nearest Census Bureau UZA (Urbanized Area), FCC market boundaries (BTA, MTA, CMA, BEA, RPC, VPC, EAG, MEA, PSR), nearest public/military airport (including nearest runway and distance in miles), nearest SHPO-listed historic site, nearest Public Lands, nearest Interstate highway (including distance in miles), nearest US highway, nearest State highway, nearest FCC-registered built tower, nearest FCC-registered construction pending tower, static population data (pops within one mile, two miles, three miles, four miles, five miles), and composite traffic count data (AADT) within a three-mile radius.
The Site Data Report contains a listing of potential competing structures within a three-mile radius of the client’s reference site. This listing---which includes both existing and pending structures---is derived from the FCC Antenna Structure Registration database, FAA Determination filings and a comprehensive site database maintained by JCSI. A Google Earth KML import file is also provided to allow the site information to be readily imported and viewed in Google Earth.
The Site Data Report also includes a report cataloging all FCC market-based licenses (and contact information) pertinent to the location, including cellular, PCS broadband, PCS narrowband, Specialized Mobile Radio (SMR), Advanced Wireless Services, Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS), Part 22 VHF/UHF Paging, Location and Monitoring Service (LMS), Multiple Address Service, and other wireless services.
