GIS, MAPPING & SITE INTELLIGENCE FOR WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

RAPID-CMA (Competitive Market Analysis)

The Rapid-CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) is a tool which allows wireless industry professionals to quickly assess search ring lists, tower portfolios and similar data in order to make timely business decisions. In short, a client provides us with a list of study points (latitude-longitude coordinates) and we return a Rapid-CMA package (as described below), normally within twenty-four hours or less.

Description: The Rapid-CMA package consists of three files: An Rapid-CMA Report (in Excel format) that provides key information about the client’s study points, a Site List (in Excel format) which lists potential competing structures within a three mile radius of the client’s study points, and a companion Google Earth KML map file that depicts the client’s study points, three-mile buffer rings encompassing those study points and the site list of potential competing structures.

The Rapid-CMA Report provides data on existing and pending structures within a three-mile radius, including site counts for different radii (quarter-mile, half-mile, 1 mile, 2 miles, 3 miles, 4 miles and 5 miles) as well as information regarding the nearest filings (built, pending, FAA Determination and Comprehensive Sites database) to each study site.

The report also provides various reference information concerning static populations, mobile populations (traffic counts), distances to nearby major highways, as well as data concerning nearby SHPO historical sites, public lands (parks, forests, wildlife management areas, military facilities), urbanized areas, AM radio stations and airports.
